Fitness philosophies are good for the mind, body, and spirit.

Before weightlifting competitions the contestants will begin to flex their muscles as part of their routine.  By simply flexing muscles it is possible to experience a complete fitness workout.  Fitness and weight lifters will agree that in order to build proper muscle tone it is necessary to do some sort of stretching.  Just ffitness exercises and workout routines rom flexing muscles can help improve tone more so than heavy weight lifting fitness exercises.  The yoga philosophy for the mind, body, and spirit is that there should a harmony that comforts the self for a complete fitness routine.  Stretching and doing yoga exercises can actually be considered as a fitness workout routine.   A good tip is that over stretching can also cause a loss of muscle tone.  Once the muscles get relaxed the overall tone tends to go away.  The philosophy is to continue stretching until all of the pain goes away
