Health tips for the mind, body, and soul.  Ever find yourself frustrated while spending time on the Internet?  Endless amounts of log ins, emails that do not count, and even blogs that do not answer your customer service questions.  Some of us might ask what you find more frustrating.

Businesses even advise that carp tunnel syndrome from over writing influences people with computer jobs.  They have to stretch their hands because of the pain associated with typing.  Here are some good health tips for the mind, body, and soul. 
  1. take a shower 
  2. take frequent breaks to refresh your mind 
  3. write down Internet info before you forget it on the next site
  4. use multiple Internet page option or favorites 
  5. Generally speaking do ordinary things like eating, walking, and shower every once in a while.
